Welcome! We are delighted to extend greetings to our website visitors as we celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.  This is the season to rejoice, renew and rededicate ourselves to Our Lord, the communion of saints and charity among each other.  At FAME you will find a bible-based ministry focused on his  love.

At FAME you will find a diverse congregation actively seeking to discover what it means to be servants of God. We are all on a spiritual journey, and we stand ready to support yours. Ours is a bible-based ministry focused on his message of hope, forgiveness and everlasting life. In addition, the images on this page reflect our long history as an African Methodist Episcopal Church.

Please join us personally for any of our services and events. And if you do not have a church home, you do now.  -- Rev. Larry Holloway

All  of the images on this website reflect the rich history of the African Methodist Episcopal Church.  Throughout the site are photos of Richard Allen, minster, educator, writer and one of America's most influencial leaders who founded the AME Church in 1794.

The AME Church is the first independent Black domination in the United States.

In addition, Mother Bethel in Philadelphia, PA is featured at different stages.  Its glorious stained glass windows grace what is the oldest church property in the United States continuously owned by African-Americans.

It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1972.
